8x10 GVT squats is no joke. I will be incorperating 10x10 GVT squats once a month on my intensity weeks. Keep up the killer work.

I wasn't satisfied with that morning's effort so I went back from more last night:
Single Leg Extensions - 6 sets, 16 reps
Leg Curls - 4 sets, 10 reps
SLDL - 4 sets, 10 reps
My legs felt nice and warm after that one...
